You will see fewer no-shows and less pain scheduling in your first month. If not, cancel and owe nothing.
There are no setup fees, no long-term contracts, and no extra fees for call time or messages sent.
We do our level best to answer all emails within 24 hours. All questions are answered by our lead engineer. (Your business is too important to trust to a call center.)
If you are not thrilled with our service, we do not want your money. We will refund any payment made within the last thirty days if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
QUESTIONS?
You can send reminders up to two separate days. You can pick which days, from the day of the appointment out to 2 weeks in advance. You can pick what time to reminders go out. You can have multiple settings for this or use one consistent setting for all your appointments. We’re flexible!
At present, can only deliver phone calls and text messages to phones with numbers in the US and Canada. We’re working on international expansion — drop us a line if you’d like your country to be supported.
Up the wazoo! You can record your own reminders or we can have professional voice actors and actresses record them for you, at no additional charge. You can also change all text in the SMS messages and emails.
We can get your client data into the system from any CSV file, Excel file, or export from your existing systems. We’re working on doing this for appointment data as well. Appointment Reminder doesn’t at present integrate directly with Google Calendar or Outlook, but we’re working on it — drop us a line if you’d like to hear when this is ready.
Appointment Reminder never charges overage fees or cuts off reminder delivery. We’re not the phone company. If you’re slightly over your quota or you go over only occasionally, congratulations on the success of your business. We won’t do anything. If you’re routinely go over your quota by a lot, we’ll get in touch about stepping up to a more appropriate plan.
We’re very committed to the security of our customers’ information. We use bank-grade encryption between your computers and ours, and we also encrypt data while it is in our possession. Hundreds of customers have used us daily for four years. If you’ve got any concerns about this issue, feel free to ask.
